Electromagnet can be moved off-axis when "Lock to Axis" is checked. #169

I've seen this several times, but I have not been able to identify steps to reproduce. I don't know if it also occurs with the bar magnet.

The background layer of the electromagnet coil is not locked to the axis. Grab and drag the background layer to reproduce.

Not a problem with the bar magnet, since it has no coil and therefore no background layer.

In the above commits, I renamed isLockedToAxisProperty to lockToAxisProperty. That's the name I keep searching for, because it's the label on the associated checkbox, and I suspect others will have the same problem.

It's also possible to drag the electromagnet behind the right panels, by dragging it by its backgroundNode So the backgroundNode is apparently not being made aware of the drag bounds.
