Electromagnet can be moved off-axis when "Lock to Axis" is checked. #169

The background layer of the electromagnet coil is not locked to the axis. Grab and drag the background layer to reproduce. Not a problem with the bar magnet, since it has no coil and therefore no background layer. |

It's also possible to drag the electromagnet behind the right panels, by dragging it by its backgroundNode So the backgroundNode is apparently not being made aware of the drag bounds. |

I've seen this several times, but I have not been able to identify steps to reproduce. I don't know if it also occurs with the bar magnet.
