Testing for 1.0.0-dev.23

I've published 1.0.0-dev.23 at http://www.colorado.edu/physics/phet/dev/html/circuit-construction-kit-black-box-study/1.0.0-dev.23/circuit-construction-kit-black-box-study_en.html for testing.

This should resolve #199, #181 and #177.

We will test the phet-io issues #138 and #183 separately.

I published dev.24 for them and assigned to @arouinfar and @phet-steele for testing.

Tested on OSX 10.11.5 with the latest Chrome/Firefox/Safari, and haven't found any new issues to report.

It would be good for @phet-steele or @alynne-phet to test dev.23 to see if there's anything I've missed, so leaving @phet-steele assigned.
