Twin Spell / Double Metakinesis exist.

No Favorite Metamagic (Twin Spell) need to get Vek to add an enum element to enable that.

Blood Kinetic Blade is a thing now.

Added diety specific spell access from TT, only applies to vanilla game gods and spells, and prepared divine casters for now.
