I've tried cloning guillep/iceberg from github. Github's plugin tries to detect if this is a fork, and if so, it does it installs a remote with the fork's origin repository.

However, somehow now the remotes are installed as git:// remotes, which are not handled by libgit.

Use SSH url instead of Git URL
