nfsen-1.3.9

NfSen 1.3.9 is a compatibility version for nfdump-1.7.x. It works with nfdump 1.6.20 and later
as well with nfdump-1.7.x.
Do not use any earlier nfdump version < 1.6.20 as well as nfdump 1.5.x

Update:

1. Update nfdump
2. Update nfsen.

The order is important.
