- Corrected author in Makefile.PL (in the META.yml - the one you did not ship but in the source repo - you changed it).
- Added Test::Deep which is needed for some tests as build-time dep.
- Removed META.yml as it is auto-generated at make dist stage.
- Removed INSTALL.html because it is generated at build time.
- Modified .gitignore so it ignores build-generated files.
