Add most new features, at least the user-visible new oo (class, methods, roles), a modern perl.
This was the plan, but the hash table rewrite, and unicode identifier security held it back.

At least we get user-type support (co-and contra variance), checked assignments, and start of class features with use base/fields.

c3 is not yet ready to made default, too many broken inheritances in critical modules.
