As a user or system user, I want the ability to manage (add, edit, delete) resources within a project. A "resource" should be anything supported by IIIF. Mostly images, but also videos, audio, and PDFs.

  • S3/ActiveStorage can be used for file storage
    • Projects will use a shared S3 bucket
  • Image files should be converted to PTIFF
  • Create basic manifest
  • Allow for custom metadata
  • Extract EXIF data
