  1. Create a /public/resources/:id/manifest API endpoint
  2. Allows CORS GET requests to the above URL
  3. Enable /public/resources API endpoint, but require a project_id parameter

@dleadbetter I've finished uploading the fiches to IIIF Cloud production so I'm ready for the new manifest endpoint to be deployed to prod.

@camdendotlol - Have we tested the endpoint locally or on staging? I haven't seen a PR for updating the Mirador URL.

Yes, I completed the full update process using IIIF Cloud staging, including the map script (which uses the endpoint) and getting my local build of rebellion to use the new manifest links.

The Mirador URL update was included in https://github.com/performant-software/rebellion/pull/14

Ahh, it looks like those commits were made after I initially approved, so I didn't see them. I'll get a PR up to update IIIF Cloud production.
