Previously we were accidentally indexing the bytes, leading to: \x3af... instead of X3AF inside of Postgres.
This uses the hash of the actual tx, rather than the hash of the data in tx result, which was incorrect.

We were both formatting the hex data wrong, and also hashing the wrong thing.
