We were both formatting the hex data wrong, and also hashing the wrong thing.

Previously we were accidentally indexing the bytes, leading to:

\x3af...

instead of

X3AF

inside of Postgres.
This uses the hash of the actual tx, rather than the hash of the data in
tx result, which was incorrect.
