Actually,
exceptions are exposed textually at the end of an execution.
If many exceptions are listed, it can be difficult to analyze them.

Maybe an HTML view could ease the troubleshooting?

Instead of the HTML format, maybe exceptions should be reported in a separate file when found.
The Pool results would still include exceptions, but the other file would parse exceptions as they come
