Because PEP-582 has been rejected by Python Steering Council, I suggest to remove it from (the first position in) feature highlights on the homepage.

As a rejected PEP, it become non-pythonic and has no clear future. As such, I believe it is not advisable to use, especially for beginners. Therefore, it shouldn't be listed as a number one feature highlight.
