This PR adds the
filebeat.overwrite_pipelinesoption which is mentioned in the filebeat.reference.yml and their documentation.The setting enables one to let filebeat overwrite ingest pipelines in elasticsearch outputs to conform to the needed definition.
In our-case we deploy own pipelines and need them to be overwritten if they get adjusted.
