Description
New function block for Leybold IM 540 controller and IE514 gauge.
Updating calculation of current and power for Leybold turbo pump in method M_Serial_IO of FB_PTM_TurboDrive function block,
Motivation and Context
DREAM will need this new gauge for main chamber
FB_PTM_TurboDrive function was reporting values that are out of range and don't make sense. Checked the manual and it looks like there is a conversion factor for current and voltage parameter.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested on DREAM Vacuum PLC.
