[Feature] Allow setting of description though docker labels.

Currently it's not possible to set the description of this via the docker labels.

I also would love this - I find that setting some things through the web UI doesn't 'stick,' and a large part of what attracted me to this application in the first place was being able to configure the dashboard through Docker labels.

I want this too. its almost perfect except not having the ability to change the description via labels
