USB HID relay software v2.1

For Windows 32/64. this release includes the command line tool, library (DLL), GUI test (VC++ .NET) and Python script example.

32-bit binaries are compatible with WinXP SP3. 64-bit binaries are compatible with Win7 SP1.

For Linux , OS X (Intel x86) - the command line tool, library (.so / .dylib) and Python script example.

TODO add missing binaries for OS X

1st complete 'working' mashup for Windows 32/64. Includes DLL, command line tool, GUI test (VC++ .NET).
For Linux, OS X - only the command line tool.
