Two products have asked for response actions we don't have - this should enable consumers to add whatever they need.

Drawer is causing extra problems, but this should allow focus on the chatbot if there is no drawer.
For fullscreen and embedded, put focus on first element in section instead
Also fixing test with build error after rebase.

Design was looking for better differentiation between the chatbot and any body content.
Add chatbot to example and update text.
