feat: Add compatibility with Parse Server 7 #2089

  • upgrade parse server to latest alpha version
  • allow client class creation in test config, because the new default of parse server is false
  • add Parse Server compatibility table to README, as a breaking change in Parse Server requires a breaking change in the Parse JS SDK
