This commit updates the country translations in multiple languages. The changes include removing the translation for "Western Sahara" in Arabic, English, French, and Chinese, and deleting the entire file for Chinese translations. - Removed translation for "Western Sahara" in Arabic, English, and French country.php files. - Deleted the entire zh/country.php file. Note: The changes were made to keep the translations up to date and consistent with the latest standards. Please review the changes and merge the pull request if everything looks good.
