RawRabbits build script uses the .NET CLI to create NuGet packages

 dotnet pack -c Release --version-suffix=$suffix

With the latest SDK, the pack command no longer honors the provided version suffix for project references. More information here: NuGet/Home#4337

This is currently blocking the release of beta7.
