  1. Add debugging to GHA workflows 

    - [manually trigger a workflow](https://docs.github.com/en/actions/managing-workflow-runs/manually-running-a-workflow). This option will show at step 5.
- in the GH Actions UI Console use the SSH command printed every 5 seconds to connect to the build agent.
- only the actor can SSH. Must have public key registered on GH.
