As a presenter at the Tech Demo, I want to have a version of Platform.Bible to use that doesn't include all the test code so that I'm only highlighting things I want the audience to focus on.

This is probably most easily done as a separate branch, but whatever the team thinks is best is fine.

See the "tech-demo-2023-11" branch for the status here. I think it's ready for the demo with the only potential change coming of an updated word list extension.
