Adds workflow similar to Odyssey E2E tests running op-reth, op-node and op-geth. Based on existing kurtosis workflow. I don't think there's alternative to assertoor/hive for OP stack so this for now just runs a simple bash script asserting that both ELs advance.
Should allow catching bugs like #12486 in CI
