Excludes files that are added in pantheon-systems/pantheon-mu-plugin#26 of the Pantheon mu-plugin.
Summary
pantheon-systems/pantheon-mu-plugin#26 adds new files in
/binand/testsas well as adding a newphpunit.xml.distfile. This excludes them in the workflow that copies the mu-plugin from the repository to the WordPress upstream.
