Background

Reading the Cockroachdb code and during the debugging process, you will see many printed HLC timestamps, which sometimes need to be converted to local time, hence this mini program.

Usage

USAGE:
    hlc [FLAGS] <input>

    -u               show utc date
    -V, --version    Prints version information
