pconfigure: A GNU autoconf/automake replacement

To build and install pconfigure, run the following commands: $ ./bootstrap.sh --prefix $HOME/.local $ make $ make install $ make check $ ptest

Pre-compiled documention can be found at http://palmer-dabbelt.github.io/pconfigure/. The source lives in doc/, and can be compiled using "tek".
