Simply click on the "Request holiday bonus" button at the bottom of the page and follow the flow you are offered. The IO app will query INPS to verify the ISEE of your household, and if it complies with the established conditions, it will show you how much bonus you or your family members can take advantage of. Once your request has been confirmed, we will create and activate your Bonus.

Please note that the process has been made as easy as possible for the citizen, but it may take longer than expected to process the data. Don't worry: if this happens, we will send you an app message when your request is ready.

It is necessary that someone in your household has submitted a Single Substitute Declaration (DSU) to INPS and that there is a valid ISEE.
The bonus is paid to families who have an ISEE not exceeding €40,000.
If you already know that you have never submitted a DSU to INPS or something has changed since the last DSU submitted (e.g. change in the number of household members, changes in assets, etc.), we advise you to submit a new application to INPS before proceeding with the application.

If the app warns you that your DSU has "omissions or discrepancies", you can:
- stop the Bonus request and submit a new DSU to update your ISEE. In this case, you can request the Bonus again later;
- or you can verify the DSU sent through INPS channels and - if all is correct - continue with the request anyway. If you decide to continue with the activation of the Bonus, after having used it at the chosen tourist facility, you may be called to provide the documentation to prove the completeness and truthfulness of the data indicated in the DSU.

The Holiday Bonus can be spent in the accommodation facilities participating in the initiative and located on the national territory. The Bonus attributed to your household is identified by a unique code, to which will also be associated a QR code (readable directly from your phone screen). All you have to do is communicate this code to the hotelier, together with your tax code, or show him the QR code, when paying for your stay at the accommodation where you will spend your holidays.

If you are in possession of all the requirements to be entitled to the benefit, the Bonus activation is almost immediate: in a few minutes, from the moment of the request, the app completes the necessary checks with the INPS systems and sends the summary data to the Inland Revenue to confirm that your Bonus is active.
Should the verification process be slowed down for reasons independent of the app, IO will continue the verifications for you and will send you a message informing you of the timeframe within which you must complete the request, to avoid repeating the initial ISEE verification step again.

No. Even if you find the function to request the Holiday Bonus in the "Payments" section of the IO app, the use of the Bonus is not associated in any way with the availability of a credit card or other payment methods saved in the app. When you use the Bonus to get a discount at the tourist accommodation where you will spend your holiday, you can pay any additional amounts related to your stay with the payment method you prefer, if accepted by the accommodation.

Yes. Once you have requested and activated the Holiday Bonus through the IO app from July 1st, you can freely choose to use it for a holiday in which all or just a few members of your family are present; it is not necessary that you personally spend it, nor that you are present.
Please note that the holder of the invoice (or commercial document or receipt/tax receipt) issued by the tourist service provider will also be able to benefit from the tax deduction provided by the Holiday Bonus in next year's tax return.

When you apply for the Bonus, the IO app checks with INPS systems that your ISEE is below the threshold, based on the amount calculated from the data entered in the last Single Substitute Declaration (DSU) submitted by your household. Among these data, there is also the composition of the household, which is communicated to the IO app and automatically shown in the summary screen of the data related to the required Bonus, before confirming the activation.

If something does not seem correct in the Bonus summary data associated with your household, you may need to submit a new DSU in order to update the list of components and its ISEE indicator. In this case, simply follow the directions provided in the app and cancel the request. In case of cancellation, you can reapply for the Bonus at a later time.

The data in the summary screen of your Active Bonus, within the "Payments" section of the IO app, refers to the **maximum amounts available**: the maximum amount of the **immediate discount** that you can get from the hotelier and the maximum amount of the **tax benefit** that you can benefit from as a tax deduction in next year's tax return.
If the cost of your holiday is lower than the maximum amount of your Holiday Bonus, both the discount and the deduction will be recalculated according to the consideration: they will be respectively 80% and 20% of the cost of your stay. Any remaining amount will no longer be expendable, as the bonus must be spent in a single solution. In the User's Guide on the Inland Revenue website you will find some useful examples and more details.

L'app IO interrogherà INPS per verificare l'ISEE del tuo nucleo familare, e se conforme alle condizioni stabilite, ti mostrerà a quanto ammonta il bonus di cui puoi usufruire tu o i tuoi familiari. Una volta confermata la tua richiesta, creeremo e attiveremo il tuo Bonus.

Attenzione: il processo è stato reso il più semplice possibile per il cittadino, ma potrebbe volerci più tempo del previsto per elaborare i dati. Non preoccuparti: se ciò dovesse accadere, ti invieremo un messaggio in app quando la tua richiesta sarà pronta.

Serve che qualcuno del tuo nucleo familiare abbia presentato una Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica (DSU) a INPS e che esista quindi un ISEE in corso di validità.
Il bonus viene erogato alle famiglie che hanno un ISEE non superiore a 40.000€.
Se sai già di non avere mai presentato una DSU a INPS o qualcosa è cambiato dall'ultima DSU presentata (es. variazione del numero dei componenti del nucleo familiare, variazioni patrimoniali, ecc.), ti consigliamo di presentare una nuova domanda a INPS, prima di procedere con la richiesta.

- interrompere la richiesta del Bonus e presentare una nuova DSU per aggiornare il tuo ISEE. In questo caso, potrai richiedere nuovamente il Bonus in un secondo momento;
- oppure puoi verificare la DSU inviata tramite i canali di INPS e - se è tutto corretto - proseguire comunque con la richiesta. Se decidi di proseguire con l’attivazione del Bonus, dopo averlo utilizzato presso la struttura turistica prescelta, potresti essere chiamato a fornire la documentazione per provare la completezza e la veridicità dei dati indicati nella DSU.

L'adesione delle strutture turistico-ricettive all’iniziativa è libera e non è previsto un meccanismo di "iscrizione" a nessun elenco. Sta alla struttura informare i clienti, attraverso propri canali, del fatto che accetta o meno il Bonus Vacanze. Prima di richiederlo, assicurati che ti sarà possibile utilizzarlo dove hai scelto di soggiornare per le tue prossime vacanze.
