This PR adds a Docker image, enabling local testing without the need to install ruby etc. locally:

Clone down the theme's repository (git clone https://github.com/pages-themes/cayman)
cd into the theme's directory
Run docker compose up --build to build and run the Docker image
Visit localhost:4000 in your browser to preview the theme
