Move TargetTechnology to parameters module as InputTechnology
Move TargetVulnerability to parameters module as InputVulnerability
Change TargetPort relationship by Target relationship
Improve web user interface to manage target parameters, ports and authentications
Adapt Telegram bot to new schema
