Added the -contTrimMarks and -hidelogo options #10

My wife is using pdftilecut to process sewing patterns and she asked if I could make the trim marks continuous (as in full page width/height) to ease alignment when assembling trimmed prints (so with the trim box physically cut away on two sides).

Implemented a -contTrimMarks switch which allows the user to toggle between the original corner marks or continuous ones like this:

Added a -hidelogo switch as well as "I was already in there", fully understand if you don't want that one ;)

Thanks for the great piece of software btw!

That's awsome @pysco68 — thanks for your PR. Can you please rename the flags to -long-trim-marks and -hide-logo. Rest looks great.
