Add minitable of non-editable fields to edit modals

I've noticed in the designs that we have minitable summaries at the top of edit forms that we currently don't have implemented. We should add these?

Probably, but it's not urgent because the edit forms come populated with the current state of the thing anyway. Sure it's nice to cross-reference with the original after you've edited, but there are many other similar ways the forms need polish and I don't think this one stands out.

This doesn't show the original state, but non-editable attributes like timestamps or relationships. But agreed it's not urgent.

This is still missing on almost all the edit forms (except for the fake ones like image edit, ironically). I do think it would be cool to show the fields that are not editable: ID, timestamps, and then other stuff relevant to the thing like IP address and attached instance on a floating IP.
