Scripts for metapopulation modelling using a discrete time, determinisitic SEIR model without vital dynamics (see the relevant section here). This can be used to generate toy data to test the $R_t$ models, like with Gostic, et. al.. The code also reproduces their results for $R_t$ (final figure of their report). This forms part of #8.
