Alternative Host Addresses #544
Comments
Sorry, I do not understand what you mean with "Since I am hosting the web domain, I cannot access it at home". Would you please explain it in more detail? Thanks. |
At home, I can only access my server via its LAN IP address. The web domain is inaccessible since it results in a loopback to my own public WAN address which the router refuses to forward (as I am hosting the server in my own home). Similarly, I cannot directly access my WAN IP address from my LAN. There are ways around this, such as split DNS, but I have never gotten them to work. Thus I would like to have the option of entering both the local IP address and the web domain so ownCloud can try each one before giving up. |
Ok, I see your point, may have sense in certain environments. Besides, I did not remember before, but seems this duplicates #358. Please, track the state of this feature there. |
…ools.build-gradle-7.4.2 Bump com.android.tools.build:gradle from 7.4.1 to 7.4.2
At home I use a local IP address to access ownCloud. When I am away, I use my own web domain. Since I am hosting the web domain, I cannot access it at home.
Thus I would like to list the alternative addresses associated with the same account. If one address is inaccessible, try the next, until the list is exhausted.
