The release notes of oC 10.0.0 currently says:

* Requires to use the latest desktop client version 2.3

where the config.sample.php and the default in the code of 10.0.1 says 2.0.0:

One might be wrong.

Related: owncloud/core#27978 which sets 2.2.4 as the minimum on master.

@kdslkdsaldsal I've opened owncloud/core#28017 to address the required code changes. I'm going to update the documentation in just a moment as well.
