One more thing to think about for the future would be to have a picture to this example.

The aim of this PR is to improve the
Getting Started
notebook from the example gallery.This example should be sufficiently self-contained to allow new users to get started with PyDESeq2 after reading it, whether they are interested in single or multi-factor analysis.
Further explanations of the intermediary steps that are wrapped in
DeseqDataSet
'sdeseq2()
andDeseqStats
'ssummary()
methods will be deferred to another example, to write later.
