I have added my cloud specialization project to the projects list. The linked repository contains my notes for the course and the two reports for the capstone project.

@MartinOvington apologies for the slow response. From your description, I'm not clear if posting your project publicly abides by the code of conduct for you course. Many MOOCs do not allow students to post their projects publicly, as those could then be copied and used by other students. There are some MOOCs that are more open-ended (for example some capstone courses) where that is not the case.

Can you take a look at the code of conduct for the course in question and confirm here if you are allowed to share your project publicly?

@waciumawanjohi
The first two courses have assignments that prohibit the sharing of code, which makes sense as they use auto-grading, so I've avoided sharing code for those.

The fourth course also has programming assignments and doesn't mention any restrictions on sharing code, but these are auto-graded so I've avoided sharing the code for these.

The final capstone project is peer-graded and requires submitting the reports with videos and this course doesn't have a restriction on publicly sharing the submission, so publicly posting the project reports should be fine. I've avoided including the videos and I've put my name and date on the reports, so I think if someone did try to resubmit my report and the person grading was grading ernestly, it should get flagged for plagiarism as the name, date and video would be mismatched. I went through many reports grading and flagging reports and generally people aren't that sophisticated with their cheating, they just rely on having their accomplices doing the grading, which is an unforunate problem with the peer review system as it is now.
