cosmos/cosmos-proto@2a5156b seems somewhat dangerous, exposing us to potential API breaking changes IMO, leaning towards not bumping cosmos-proto version unless we have a strong reason to do so
We can try testing this via state-compatibility CI job in a patch release. Made this to track: #4447 |
