Hi Matheus. In Colombia, I have been using this tool for a while. I have welcomed hundreds of newcomers, but not all of them are from Colombia, and they do not always speak Spanish. So, I recommend you to have a welcome message at least in English. But probably, because Brazil has a lot of tourist, you could have the welcome message in some other languages (Spanish probably, why not French, or even German). |

Some people in our community expressed interested in adapting this tool to our country, so I'm opening this PR. Next step would be the adaption of the welcome text, but we'll post a separate PR later.
