docs: example use Ory Hydra. Spring Boot 2 (Java 11), Angular, Docker (Docker Compose)

Hello Dear Ory Hydra Developers

Please add my project as an example of working with Ory Hydra.
The project was developed using Spring Boot 2 (Java 11), Angular, Docker (Docker Compose).
The project aims to take a broader look at authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0.
There is no business logic as such here.

Thank you for your great Ory Hydra project.
Ory Hydra helped me implement flexible internal authentication and authorization within the company.

As community contribution, please open a pull request for this into github.com/ory/examples !

This is the repository for all community contributed examples, as we want to make sure that the examples in /docs are up to date and maintained by the team. We can't however commit to maintaining community contributed examples, hence the additional repository ory/examples.

I hope that makes it clear, we are very grateful for all community contributions, but they need to go into ory/examples.

I will close this PR now to reduce our backlog here, but please do open a new one in ory/examples and I will help you format everything properly and merge it.
