Yes: GitHub Support does not respond even after 40 days. I can’t get support from community about my issue; It’s about the repo which includes someone’s PII without agreement. How long did it take to respond when you created a ticket on GitHub? Is this general timeframe? |

Been waiting for 1 month and 2 weeks already, this is ridiculous. I can't transfer my repositories. I can't use GitHub Actions. I can't create an issue. All of my contributions are completely hidden. I can't make a fork. I can't even clone my own repositories on some machines. Yet @github-staff won't even reply to any of my support tickets (#2887299 & #2934454). 🙂 |

My reinstatement request has also been stale for like 2 weeks now. My account was auto-marked as spam. I would like to have it available to the public so I can then link to it in my resume. |

I have the same situation. I lost access to my account where paid services were located. I can't use those services even though I pay for them every month, and additionally, there's no support from GitHub. I sent several tickets, and no one has responded to any of them. This is really unprofessional, especially towards customers who pay but can't count on professional support. |

Just as a datapoint, I got a reply in 42 days recently for "GitHub Actions is currently disabled for your account" cirosantilli/china-dictatorship#1330 |

I'm having the same issue. Have had a paid team account for 7-8 years.. with 15 users... and the only ticket ever raised has remained un-responded to in over 3 weeks now, despite numerous followup. I'm told gitlab has much better support, anybody to confirm that?. |

Unfortunately I think the priority on these issues are low to none. I have two tickets open with no reply. Since my accout is relatively new I wonder if i should just delete and recreate at this point. |

Loool @dr-nyt billing issues suck with GitHub. It took about 10 days, but I removed the card and changed to PayPal. I did this severally and something eventually worked and I was able to use PayPal to pay for copilot. Although, that happened long before I got any response from them. |

So I got feedback on my bug report after 13 days, stating that it seems resolved, which it was at the time checking, because the automation ran before they checked. I don’t know how to convey this without writing an essay for context… basically too little too late. |

6 days here, the copilot subscription that i've paid for a year 3 months ago has somehow ended and nobody is there to fix the issue. This isn't a bug or a hard to solve problem, it looks like the support mechanism in here does not work as it should |

when i say "this isn't a bug", nobody answers for the ticket and this is the problem. If somebody would have said "this would take 2-3 days to fix it" this would've been totally ok, which is currently not the situation. |

Yeah, the support system here is not the greatest. It took me about a month just to solve an issue with emails on GitHub education, to be fair 7 of those days was on me but the rest was just waiting for the initial response, after the initial response it only took a few hours for them to respond to any new messages I sent. |

Its very weird because it seems like it depends on the cause. Some topics/subjects get resolved in an hour or two. And others, seems not to be resolved until months later if at all. 33days today : d |

Yay, GitHub responded after 39days and fixed the issue immediately ^^ They had to redirect the issue to NPM that's why it took soo long - I think an improvement would be to give some headup to the user on the steps since waiting over a month is a heck long time. |

Dear Github support, Please my account has been flagged, without any reason. I believe I have not violated any of the terms of service. Currently it's affecting my job badly because my contribution to my team is not visible, worst of all, my profile is not visible to the public and I can't join any organization because of this.
