u-boot will be a separate pr

image builder

  • build extlinux image (compatible with new uboot)
  • modify build_image.sh and setup_sdcard.sh
  • add missing package

u-boot

  • add forked u-boot as a submodule
  • modify Makefile to account for this

device tree

  • add oresat-bbb-dev.dts

Update image_builder scripts to work with mainline u-boot
c638f19 
Update image_builder to use /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf instead of
depricated /boot/uEnv.txt.

Add u-boot as a submodule. This replaces the patch.
