Context

The lix database schema has a change_set_label_author table. The table is not needed anymore after the introduction of LIXDK-249. Creating a change set label is change controlled. Thus, creating a label also created a change_author .

Proposal

Remove the change_set_label_author table.

Change set labels are now under own change control. Querying who created a label can happen via the change table itself.
