Request for Pre and Post Surevry Result

Please how can I get the result for my pre and post survey form so I can include the result in my Report Template

Hi @preciouslizzie You are to reach out to the point of contact via email to get the results and these are Aanuoluwapo Adeoti or Allan Zhou for Effectiveness of Scientific Principles Lessons and Pretty Agu for Effectiveness of Basic Math Lessons

Make sure to provide the participant ID of your student, the topic that was attempted, and the links to the forms that you need the results for so that they can send you the results.

@preciouslizzie Do exactly what @Amarachhhiii said, in additon, ensure your student had filled both the pre-test and post tests forms before sending an email to the point of contacts.

Hi @preciouslizzie just to add to what @Amarachhhiii and @successoghogho have said. It's the pre-test and post-test forms that you're to request for and not the pre-survey or post-survey forms.

To do this, ensure they've all been completed by your students (participants) and send an email to the point of contact for your specific topic/study. Also include the participant's ID, the topic attempted by them, the date they filled the forms, and the links to the Skill result forms for each participant that you need the data for in the email.

You do not need the results to the pre and post surveys, you only need the results for the pre and post tests. To access the result to the pre and post test, the details are in the report template you have been asked to make a copy of. Also, check here: #833, for instructions on how to make the request.
