Form Responses- Learner Feedback Research

In requesting for form responses for the learner feedback research, please take note of the following:

• Before sending a request via email, you must have finished testing all the lessons [topic(s)] with the participant(s).

Do not request for responses when the participant has only filled out the pre-test form for a particular topic/topics. You must request responses for the pre and post tests for each topic.

• Include the participant(s)' ID
• Provide the links to the forms the participants filled, and make sure the forms are properly labelled. Include the topic(s).

If you do not adhere to all of these, you will not get a reply to your email.
