Unable to access the Oppia website.

Good day everyone.

I have been trying to access the oppia website, but it seems like the website is broken, because I been trying to access the website, bu it not opening.

Under thes optiona task, there is a form to fill for any optional task one wish to take, and when filling the form, one is required to fill in their oppia username, or create account for that, which requires one to login to the website, but when I tried to login, I still can't access the website.

Please what can I do @Kebith

I just tried accessing the website and it worked here. Can you share the images of what you're seeing so we can help you rectify this issue.

@Shulamite54 try any of the following solutions

1. Clear your cache and cookies and try again
2. Check if your have a strong internet connection
3. I would suggest you use chrome browser, oppia tends to work better when I browse with chrome

I hope you are able to rectify it with one of these solutions. For now you can go ahead and keep working on other tasks, till u are able to rectify it, don't let it stop you.

In addition to all that @successoghogho suggested, changing your internet connection (whether the internet service provider or modem/router) most times resolves the challenge.

I have more questions, during the virtual session with the student, the google form, am I to create my good form or just use the one in the doc.

Which google form are you referring to? If it's the research template, then yes you are you create a copy of the research template and use it to record your observations.
