So if i don't get the editing rights for the form, will i be wrong if i just opened a google doc and copy pasted whats in the other doc that i cant access?

Yes you can decide to open a new google doc and copy and paste all that is in the other doc but that's a long process

But what most of us did is that we created a copy of the doc we cannot edit
Let me explain further:

1. Open the document you can't edit in your phone
2. Click on the three dots at the top right of the document, it's called a kebab menu
3. Click on share and export, you will see it once you open the menu
4. Next click on "make a copy"
   Automatically it will save and create a copy for you, you can open that one and edit it.
   That's a faster way.

@ivutha2 once u open the link to the document you want to work with, go to your google drive. there you will find the document there, then single tap on it, and right click on your touch pad or mouse. Then click on the option "make a copy". The copy you just created will save on your drive. You can then open that copy you made and record your contribution for the chosen task.

Hi @ivutha2 On the document(template) just click on files and you will see make a copy option as illustrated here....then you can edit it with your own details.
