If i was conducting a survey on a learner using the parents gadget and in the middle of the survey the gadget crushes and cant function no more. So i opt on using my own device since we couldn't have access to any other device except mine, on the survey sheet, is it okay if i mention that we used my gadget? @Kebith , @AddisalemB , @BenHenning please help |

Yes you can use your device, provided you allow the student to navigate and search the oppia website site by his/her self or the app on your device too, and then you can document it when writing the research report |

Hi @ivutha2 I conducted mine physically and it was only my device that was used and I was the only facilitator also so that is not a problem. Just allow the participant to interact with the portal by themselves and take your report depending on the research plan. But if it's the Oppia portal that crashes on the device or you encountered one issue or the other then you have to report every detail. |
