Accessibility status of task 2 folder before recording as a contribution

Hi everyone, @Kebith I would like to ask if after creating a folder and moving the reviewed five lessons into it, do I need to grant any access to [email protected] and remove from restricted mode to "anyone with the link" mode before submitting it as a contribution on Outreachy.

Yes @Raffysul, I think you'll have to give edit access to [email protected] and comment access to "anyone with link". I believe that's the instruction.🥂

Please i wish to ask if we are allowed to combine the links to the documents of our suggestions without any reviews from the mentors

I did this for the 5 lessons and for the folder also. I only allowed [email protected] to be notified about the folder. I didn't think notifying them about individual lessons was necessary. I hope this helps🥂

@Collete-vershalli, I think it'll be better to raise a new Q/A for this question so everyone can benefit. What do you think? But personally, I'll say it's okay to combine the documents. We can still edit any of the reviewed lessons in the folder when the mentors review them.
