Hi @Kebith and @AddisalemB,
To access this form, Pre Test (Initial), the student's device needs to be given access to edit the document. Would you provide details on how long it would take to be granted access to edit the spreadsheet because the parent needs a facilitator's guide to help the student fill in the form?

First of all specify the name of the research plan you are doing. There are about 5 of them there, the mentor's would not know which of them you are asking for access to the pre-test form

Hello @Caleno-R , you don't need to have edit access to use that document, simply make a copy of it, and u will be able to edit it
For example: just follow these steps

1. Open the document on your phone
   2 Click on the 3 dots you will see on the right side of the spreadsheet
2. Click on share and export
3. Click on Make a copy
   A copy of the document will be saved to your drive or sheet, you can now access that copy and edit it or grant edit access to others, like the students for example

Please send in the screenshot of the doc where you have the link to the spreadsheet.
However, you can access the form and make submissions.

Hello @Caleno-R , You don't actually need access to that document. You can simply ask the students to submit the form as @successoghogho said, and it will automatically show up on the spreadsheet because the spreadsheet is actually connected to the form.

Thanks, @AddisalemB. However, clicking on the link in the image attached below opens the spreadsheet above and not the form with the questions.
