Goodday @seanlip @dika1osune working on my project and when I wanted to submit my pre survey form the lesson(percentages) is not included. Can I go on without this?

Is this from the optional tasks?

Those options must have been pre assigned for the survey - I believe. So if the percentages are not showing in the Google survey form then it's likely its not there.

However, If you can send the link and let us look at it, we might give a better assist.
